    Inspired By Legacy

The Clairton Project was inspired by Stephanie’s grandfather, a war veteran who lost his leg in combat and struggled to find the services he needed while raising a family. His resilience and dedication motivated us to create a space where veterans can receive comprehensive care.

    Services To Be Offered

    Comprehensive Medical Support

On-site nursing staff, nurse practitioners, and access to medical professionals to provide continuous, quality care.

    Therapeutic Programs

Access to behavioral, occupational and physical therapy, ensuring that each resident’s physical well-being is a priority.

    Personal Care Services

Offering daily assistance with tasks such as hygiene, medication management, and meal preparation.

    Daily Activities & Programs

Structured activities that encourage social interaction, skill development, and recreational enjoyment, helping residents feel engaged and fulfilled.

    Clairton Project Progress

The Clairton Project is well underway, with significant progress already made. The exterior of the facility is complete, and the focus has now shifted to the interior renovations and service planning. As construction continues, we are working to ensure that the design of the space will fully support the needs of our future residents, with attention to creating a welcoming, functional, and therapeutic environment. We are excited about the upcoming phases and look forward to opening the doors soon.
