Evelyn Hernandez is the Executive Administrator at Family Services United, where she brings over 30 years of experience in the technology field, specializing in information systems security and technical writing and training. Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, and currently based in Pittsburgh, Evelyn Hernandez has built a diverse and impressive career, starting at the age of 15 working at the front desk at a doctor’s office. Her journey has included roles such as Helpdesk Technician, Executive Assistant to the Director of Communications, Information Systems Security Technician, Trainer, and Email System Security Specialist.

Today she writes policies and procedures, over sees billing operations, handles service referrals and focuses on maintaining compliance and expanding service locations and services for Family Services United. Evelyn Hernandez holds a certificate as an Information Systems Security Specialist from New York University and has presented at Information Security conferences at NYU and PACE University in New York City, showcasing her expertise in the field. With a passion for both technology and helping others, Evelyn is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and training for individuals and organizations alike.
